![]() Is anyone else having this issue? Bug Unresolved I've verified that all the available permissions are granted in the Privacy preferences pane. We've been trying everything to find a solution for this but haven't any success so far. Most of these computers are running MacOS version 12.3 or 12.3.1. There doesn't seem to be any ryme or reason as to why this is happening. I've verified it is a problem that is limited to the Apple Silicone computers and only when accessing some files. We can access these same files from the Intel Macs without any problem (including using the same network credentials). An error prevents us from opening some PSD files on the NAS: "Could not open "file name" because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file." Four of these are the new Apple Silicone computers which are great except that we're having an issue that is isolated to these new computers and Photoshop. We have 15 Mac computers that are all connected to a NAS via SMB. ![]()
